CPE LLC is owned and operated by David Skutnik, Ole Miss Alumni and long time resident of Oxford Mississippi.  

 

David is a native of Coral Springs, Florida.  While living in Florida, David started his first pressure washing business, CPE Inc., in 1991 at the age of 16 pressure washing driveways, roofs, stucco and pool decks.  He continued working in the pressure washing business throughout college as a side job, and for the past 20 years as a second job.  With hard work, excellent customer service and superior cleaning, David has made this his full time job.
